Inputs not recognized

I don't know if this is a known issue, but I've had it happen to me 4 times since the beginning of the latest season.

Every so often I'll be playing the game going about my business and suddenly my inputs are not recognized. I can see everything that's going on. I can move my mouse and everything, but my champion does not respond. I cannot ping, I cannot type in chat. All i can do is stand and watch the game go by. Restarting my game generally solves it, but it happens some times in team fights or low level trades or sometimes i just get stuck in the middle of river and die and it has cost me more than one ranked match...

Please, for the love of god, fix this.
