Issue With IP Purchase (Name Change)

I was trying to buy a name change but it says I have less IP than I actually do... (Screenshot Attached). I logged out and in about 3 times and have waited over 3 hours in between. Would like to change my name.

I got the completly same issue since 2 days and i cant find a way to fix it, which is bothering me because im afraid someone will take the name i actually want. I've already wrote a ticket to the support and waiting for an answer. Did u get a way to fix it?
