[Gameplay] Pantheon Abilities

So playing pantheon and enjoying the gameplay. Was locked into a fight with Akali around 22 min in game. My abilities just blew out. Couldn't use smartcast, Couldn't click them. I couldn't use summoners or recall. Just all of them went out. I could use items though. I turned onand off quick cast, died, and relogged and it still continued. So i don't know if others had the issue but just notifying the issue.
