[Client][Crash]Disconnected from pvp.net during champion Select.

So me and my friend were duoing for my last promotional. During the loading I got a Disconnected from PvP.net but I still got put into the lobby and then League gave me the service error popup in client. I clicked ok and the client shutdown and roloaded. When i logged in, my last promotional was considered a loss and I now have i to redo my climb into promotionals and get my first win again. If i could get a person to respond to help that would be great. Thank you.

same thing.

Since the last patch a week or so ago this problem happens every few games. It costs me quite a bit in ranking. It causes me to get banned frequently.

It also happens while in queue. In both instances, queue or champ select, it isn't apparent there's a problem until a couple minutes have gone by and I either don't have a queue pop or the timer doesn't change for whoever is selecting their champ/ban during champ select and then I notice there's a problem.
