Hotfix Patch, Now I can't Login at All

Before the hotfix, I could eventually login after 2-3 tries. Then, ever since last night, I can't login at all no matter how many times I restart the client. This morning I repaired my client, but to no avail. I've tried about all of the suggestions at the link given on the "Connection Error" windows that pops up when login fails. This is especially frustrating because it worked fine yesterday and the week before, and now that it was "fixed" it doesn't work at all.
