New Champ Select Auto Dodge if Accept Invite

While choosing my preferred champ in champ select (Yorick, top), I got invited by someone who won my last game with me (not friended). I accepted out of curiosity, which caused everyone to leave the room immediately. I was not removed from the room for several seconds. I assume this is a bug and I shouldn't be able to accept invites while in champ select.
