Dawnbringer Riven chroma makes border disappear

When I loaded into a game after getting the chroma earlier the border did not display in the loading screen. I have the border from the original event for riven and yasuo so i am curious as to how many others are dealing with the same issue with the border if they have the chroma equipped?

Just want to add to this. The chroma is so nice but I miss the border.

I have the same problem. Hopefully it's not intended and will be noted and fixed.
