Battle Professor Graves splash art and border not loading in

Hello,

Whenever I play with this skin the splash art never shows up in the loading screen as well as the border. It is very annoying to have happen but the skin itself is fine ingame but does not show up in a loading screen splash art alongside the border.

Please fix this soon.
