[GAMEPLAY] Ludens Echo not expelling charges at 100 stacks with AP Ezreal

While playing AP Ezreal in Mid lane. I noticed that my Ludens echo was not expelling it's charge when it reached 100 stacks. Made no difference who I hit or with which spell. Thought I would pass this along. Thanks!

I've noticed this sometimes when playing AP Ezreal. My W is the worst at it, about 25% of the time it hits it won't activate Luden's Echo. E has never failed to use Luden's and I've only had Q not apply Luden's once
