Not getting any Key Fragments
Ive played AT LEAST over 20 games all with champions that I own yet time and time again I havnt gotten one key fragment. Is this supposed to happen or is it a bug?

Have you received any chat or account suspensions in the last three months?
Whenever you receive a key fragment, the drop rate for the next one is lowered, and this continues every time you earn one. The drop rate is reset approximately 1 month after you earn your first key fragment at the original drop rate.
Keep in mind that you do have to win the game in order to have a chance at getting one, but even if you do win it's completely random if you get one or not. Also, playing in a premade group does increase the chances of one dropping if you win.
I know mine reset kuz I've gotten 4 key frags so far today
