Can't use silver serpents

Had over 700 silver serpents, and I couldn't use them to upgrade Gangplanks ult. It simply wouldn't give em the option to click "buy", as though I didn't have enough. May have cost us the game, but w/e. Please fix. I want to shoot giant cannonballs from the sky!
