Jinx DFT

There seems to be a bug with Jinx's rocket and DFT keystone. This isn't reproducible without playing again. I was playing Twitch. Was low hp but very wary of incoming damage, was kiting her under tower. I was sitting at about 120 hp and just died out of no where. Was not hit by any ability by anyone nor an auto by anyone but somehow died, I stress that not there was no incoming damage just death out of nowhere. As I said I was paying very close attention and it's highly unlikely I missed anything.

Also, later in game I was kiting away from the enemy team. Was low and running away from enemy team. Jinx flash auto'd as I flashed away. She got a hit on me but not enough to kill, and also died out of nowhere a few seconds later when I should've easily been in the clear.

I'm not sure what's going on but I am always very wary paying very close attention and there seems to be no reason for either of those two deaths.

The only things that come to mind are Jinx's autos and DFT keystone.
