Vayne E bug

Since the patch 6.4 Vayne E have got a annoying bug that impact my games and more vs champions like lee sin, alistar, akali. The example is like before patch 6.3 and lower vayne was able to push lee sin Q animation in air away from her, now it doesn't happen, he doesn't get away or anything same thing happen with alistar W and akali R and other particular dashes, i think riot with the patch 6.4 with ahri charm affected vayne E and im not sure that was intended please help.!!!
