FPS through the game for the past 5 patch

so it have been already like 8 or 5 patch that FPS are going wild, when i go in a custom game i have 160 FPS as soon the minion spam (those little devils) my FPS start dropping like a sinking ship, not to mention that in-game (normal/ranks) the FPS drop even lower than 100 and i literally come to ban a champion due to having a big impact on my FPS, which is janna...so far janna is the only champion that also make my FPS to SINK so hard on the botton of my hold 160-145 steady FPS to what's now a poor performance FPS.

Riot, i know that the game is importan and making champions is also a big deal to keep the game at float but what happened with the "you don't need a insane PC to play this game with a nice and steady FPS" ? where did that went...it upset me that before the game was awesome and i had a nice FPS and now the game still awesome and turning to horrible when i have to teamfight and my FPS drops to 60-40.

I see a lot of problem that affect the FPS, 1) if moving through the map, some part of the map give me 160-145 FPS and as soon is start walking to another part is randomly goes down. 2) when minions spam...is like each minion instead of costing gold...cost FPS per minion is like 15 FPS gone. 3) Janna have some weird stuff with my FPS and there are also other champions but janna by far is the biggest FPS killer for me. 4) please riot try to fix this, i rather have an unbalance zoe that can 1 shot me from 1500 miles away than having problems with my FPS.

i no longer know what kind of spec league needs anymore, i felt in love with this game because didn't requiere that much till now.
