Remake not working

I reported the bug in "report a bug" I just wanted to post it on boards since it's not applicable to submit as a ticket and I don't think I can get a response from the "report a bug".

Lee Sin failed to connect and all 9 players had to endure a five minute long loading screen just to waste ten minutes to either lose LP or Win LP depending on how lucky they were. Lee Sin did not move and remained in the middle of our team's fountain all game and at the 3 minute mark, we were unable to /remake.

LP compensation isn't really something I'm interested in, I just wanted to know if this was a bug or not.
