so just found in my ranked game a gamebraking bug with kayn/leona . and i would like to report it but i can't i can't send any video here and i dont now how to record on screen with my PC any help?

Just describe it, how it happened, and suggestions to try to reproduce it. Try using the snipping tool in full-screen snip with a delay (then tab in to league) to show it. There is a posts at the top of the "Report a Bug" section of the boards that describes how to structure a bug report post.
