Odyssey - Cannot get past Intro

I completed the intro several times with no unlock into Cadet. no indication of minimal completions required. please advise.

Bugged, there is nothing we can do until they fix it. Hopefully with what they say is true and it will be completed, but i wouldnt hold my breath!
