Windows mouse cursor in game

After game load the windows mouse cursor will appear and not the game cursor. If I am lucky I can move the mouse around and get the game cursor to pop up. Otherwise I need to tab out of the game and back to resolve it. Anyone know what is up here? Anyone else having this issue? Thanks

go to "options" then to "video" then click on "windowed mode" or "borderless screen" then the pointer will appear back, I know it sucks when it's not in a full screen.
