Morde dragon ghost STILL aggroing creeps!

Again, post ghost fix patch, when creeps aggro the dragon ghost, the ghost aggroes them and wont attack the tower until theyre all dead. What good is a dragon in a fight or a siege if it wont do what I tell it to? How dangerous is it to the enemy when it wants to kill creeps and not them?

PS: Morde bot lane is over-nerfed to the point that he no longer is viable by a long shot in the role Riot intended. He cant play top lane either and it wastes his passive on W. Plz fix morde or redesign him for yet another lane or position.
