Mordekaiser Dragon incorrectly aggroing creeps

I've played several games on Morde where the dragon ghost will be commanded to attack a tower or champ and will do so, but if the enemy creep wave is in range to attack it, they will and the dragon aggros the creeps. If I tell it to attack my target it will try to, then re-aggro the creeps. Is this working as intended? Champion ghosts do not have this problem.

Once again, the problem remains even after the patch. When the dragon ghost has creeps it could be aggroing, it will do son instead of blasting the tower like I spam for it to. What good is a pet that wont do what you tell it to? How dangerous is it to the other team when it wants to kill creeps that damage it?

Morde has been over-nerfed as it is. He cant play bot lane as Riot dreamed he would and he cant play top bc he isnt tough enough or deals enough dmg. Cant play mid with no ranged abilities or toughness. Sometimes can jungle but not designed to.

The dragon ai is indeed weird, he tend to stop attacking things you commanded him to attack all the time for no particular reason.

There are also similar bugs with Ivern ult and tibbers. Ivern ult in particular will often start lagging around losing his animations and following your command for about 1 sec before starting to ignore it and do something else. The ult also tend to switch target for no reason all the time just like Mordekaiser dragon and Annie tibbers.
