Hey! I've been trying to install league for the past hour but my download suddenly goes to 0mbps. According to speed test, I still download at 27.7mbps/sec, so I'm wondering what EXACTLY is the problem and why does the % not go up.

Disable your antivirus for a while.
Let it stay at 0 mbps. Sometimes it shows 0mbps but keeps downloading.

It's not blocking it as it downloads at like 3.7k at first, reaches 50%, suddenly, 0 mbps and just sits there. I made it to 69% last time and actually gave up after 10 minutes of it not moving at all.
