Installing League on a new Computer

Hey! I've been trying to install league for the past hour but my download suddenly goes to 0mbps. According to speed test, I still download at 27.7mbps/sec, so I'm wondering what EXACTLY is the problem and why does the % not go up.

Check your firewall if its blocking LoL allow it.

Disable your antivirus for a while.

Let it stay at 0 mbps. Sometimes it shows 0mbps but keeps downloading.
