Remake not allowed despite dc'd champ

We had a Nunu never connect to the game (never moved, bought anything, and game said he dc'd), but we weren't allowed to remake for some reason. No one died until ~4:30 so that wasn't the problem either. Just got screwed out the LP in a retarded 4v5. Fix this plz (and refund the LP!).
