Assist Bug / Safeguard Bug [Visual/Gameplay]
For the Assist bug, was playing as Kog'Maw with a Pyke. Visual bug said that Kog'Maw was the primary assist, but it also said that the Kog'Maw had gotten the kill. Also Pyke had a Your Cut item. Not sure if this is gameplay as I have not played Pyke, but I assumed it was meant to be given only to the primary assist.
For the Safeguard bug, visuals said that Darius had a safeguard buff for several minutes, but no buff was actually applied. When Lee Sin jumped to Darius again, the Safeguard buff was doubled visually, but only one was applied.
Both of these bugs occurred on the Butchers Bridge ARAM map.
