Kill Medium Krugs Instantly [GAMEPLAY]

Basically what the title says. I can kill Krugs ** instantly** with Hecarim by timing my Q with their spawn. I can reproduce this quite easily now, and it speeds up early jungle clear by a ton. I remember seeing a post like this but with Lee Sin, so I'm assuming it's the same bug and can be reproduced by any champion with some kind of timed AOE hit.

1. Pick Hecarim (this bug still works in custom games)
2. Go to Krugs
3. Time Q as soon as the medium Krugs become target-able.
4. Profit

I'm sure I can get a video of this, but it is quite easy to replicate on your own.
