[GAMEPLAY] Weird Yellow Sparkly Thing?

OK SO I WAS IN A BOTS GAMEPLAYING AS ORIANNA agaInst a annie when i used my q and (im not exactly sure when) but this yellow sparkly thing randomly appeared. This isnt the first time something like this has happened either. A while ago i posted on here a game where i played morgana and i found a random spinning pineapple.But back to the point. I would like to add that i was mid-lane, the difficulty was beginner and it had particle effects, no sound tho.
