Full Metal Jayce Health and Scoreboard

This was my first time playing full metal jayce and also my first time running into this bug so they may or may not be connected but when i loaded into game my health was listed properly by number but the health bar was permanently stuck at zero and flashing red, in addition to that the score board was stacked so that only one member of either team was visible and for the final issue my item actives where unusable and had no number attached to them.
