Mac Sierra Mouse Bug

My USB razor mouse has been extremely sporadic since I downloaded OS Sierra. I am not downgrading my operating system on my NEW Mac. Just fix the problem. I will be playing and when I drag the mouse to the other side of the screen or even drag it an inch away or try to move it slowly or quickly (as required by the fast pace gameplay of league of legends), the mouse will stop for a millisecond and it won't move the full distance. Or it will jerk around. This causes many problems with gameplay and its really frustrating. I posted about this issue months ago and still no fix. I tried deleting every file and running every test that Riot has suggested but to no avail. My main thing is that I am tired of being treated like Riot is surprised at this issue or like I am the only one experiencing the problem when I have been seeing posts about it for months. Please fix the issue! Thanks.
