[CLIENT] My hextech chect and key was removed after opening

I gained a chest and key from playing games and forging a key. When i went to unlock the chest my lcient froze for a bit and the loot page reopened however my chest and key were gone and i had no extra loot from the chest in my inventory. As it takes ages to earn keys and the amount of chests a season are limited, this was rather annoying.
