League freezes as a "Critical Error" message pops up. [Crash]

My game will crash every few games or so and cause me to restart my computer, which has been happening for months. A message pops up that says critical error. It's actually making trying to climb really difficult, as every so often my lane will just get completely messed up due to a random crash. I looked up the issue and it seems other people are experiencing this same problem, possibly due to the anti-cheat system you guys implemented. I already tried uninstalling my antivirus, which didn't seem to have any effect, as well as the multitude of other solutions I've seen on the web. If I could get a solution to this problem, I would greatly appreciate it. It's so frustrating to not want to play a game I love so much.
