League freezes as a "Critical Error" message pops up. [Crash]

So my game will crash every few games or so and cause me to restart my computer. A message pops up that says critical error. It's actually making trying to climb really difficult, as every so often my lane will just get completely messed up. I looked up the issue and it seems other people are experiencing this same problem, possibly due to the anti-cheat system you guys implemented. I already ttried uninstalling my antivirus, which didn't seem to have any effect. If I could get a solution to this problem, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
