[Gameplay] Dark Harvest needs A LOT of polish

This is not even referring to its balance (which could be slightly undertuned).

Champs like Karthus and Kog'Maw still aren't dropping souls properly.

Long range kill champs don't get credited with the 6 soul when sniping the enemy from afar (Jhin, Xerath, Karthus, etc.)
