Corki: Eternal Gatling gun

Few times in game, the enemy Corki died but his gatling gun sound FX kept going...Maybe happened 4-5 times...

This happened awhile back I recall, maybe early season 4....

UPDATE: Still happening...

This time I noticed he was alive but the SFX going on long after the ability stopped.
