What was the reason for the Tribunal's removal?

I started LoL a few months before it went "offline" so to speak...

I've always wondered why it stopped. Did Riot give a reason for it? It actually seemed like a good platform afaik...

Just curious is all....

The Tribunal was the only way for someone to get punished. There were punishments handed out for games that happened months previous because of the massive backlog. So they decided to scrap it for the automated system that we have now.

They need to reinstate it

I fear our system is going out of control.

I'm sorry but this is not ideal, no amount of liguistics-algorythm can replace a human system.

I can't even drop a few f-bombs or respond to toxic people without getting banned our threatened to be reported myself.

I try man, I try. But it's hard to combat toxicity without toxic portraying of ourself. toxic peopele can cause a cancer which you do not stop with more toxicity.

BUT YOU CANNOT STOP CANCER WITH BAND-AID SOLUTIONS

LEague of legends has a systemic problem. I'm sure lyte is aware of this, and I congratulate him on his work so far.

I'm just humbly asking as a reformed "Toxic" (Extremely) person myself, you have a tyranny of the majority system going which borders on leftist radical feminism and draconian policy. Straddles. People like me can feel choked and powerless to help our team rally behind or infront of this when we can't even communicate.

It's radical leftism. That's all

look. people who are ACTUALLY toxic and not just low IQ will not be punished most likely by an automated system. a computer only thinks logically not creatively. thats why this system will cease to ban anyone whos not either low IQ or very young once its been around for maybe a year or so. because people will just say things around what the system detects.

anyone whos not low IQ can socially engineer to some degree. at least enough to avoid a automated system. most people who arent low IQ and also are toxic do that and bait people into a ban at the same time iv seen happen a lot of times. and usually theres 3 other idiots who A dont understand they are just being baited into a ban that the other one wont get or B they dont care they are getting banned and just like want it im not sure why.

btw i consider people under 140 iq to be low iq. mine is well above that anyways. if you meet me irl ill know all your next words/actions and can probably make you say every word i want without you realizing it. unless i tell you.

Wasn't effective, not enough people who judged the cases. (short answer)

Thx all...

Hm, well I'd be willing to participate in Tribunal, if it was ever considered to be brought back.

Altho gruff as I may be, I'd like to think I'm fair...I don't need to take anything out on anyone, even if they were a dick to me in game (or elsewhere).

Seems like backlog was the issue...Perhaps a conjoined effort between it and the current process might work better?

:)

Blame Lyte. He screwed up player justice so hard.
