Try to get a different code from Facebook. If it won't give you a different one or another doesn't work, send in a Support Ticket requesting she and her skin be added manually.

The other guy linked it to you already, but in the future you can go to the top right of this page and hit Support, and Submit a Request at the top of that page.

It could take up to 2 weeks for a low-priority ticket like this to be handled. Log into Support and click your support profile on top and hit My Activities to check up on a ticket's status.
