Vel'koz skin does not process, now has 2 default skins in client.
Keeps taking my skin off in every load 3 games in a row. Riot stole my money, plz fix. Srsly reporting.

i noticed something similar in team builder where his classic skin was shown twice in skin selection. if i tried to pick the left classic skin,he gave me an error message.
However I was able to pick the skin I wanted to play without problems.
