I didn't get silver border after the season ended, and I am still showing silver V (after being silver III a day ago because climbing sucks) at 55 LP and I was never awarded anything or given my silver boarder, but every other friend of mine has. Is this more punishment for getting a 2 week ban that ended before the season ended? Is this a bug or something else entirely?

Since you received your 14-day suspension near the end of the season, I assume that you were below Honor 2 which rids your eligibility for end-of-season rewards. It was not the ban that necessarily prevented you from receiving your rewards, but by being below Honor 2.
