Select a champion bug.

So I come on to a ranked game right, I see the champ I want is taken. I swap to another, and I can't hit accept as it is greyed out. I see my icon change to the champ I want but it doesn't let me accept still. It kicks me out and says I dodged and oh what do you know, I get a 30 minute dodge timer. Like, come on, that's not fair. It's happened before and quite a bit lately, can this bug get fixed already.
