Pbe

Ok so I made a pbe account yesterday and I started it up and then it said it wasn't compatible with windows 8 so now everytime I have to play I have to like reinstall all of it which takes about 20 minutes.Also when I start up games a second window with the league of legends icon has a ''Game still in progress.'' and If I don't delete it fast enough it gives me a bugsplat which I have to do the whole process in pbe all over again which league systems are starting to give me punishments for it.
