Also why am I always getting transaction declined when i try to buy riot points. It worked a week ago then stopped, then worked 1 time the other day now it doesnt work again

It worked the first time i tried and i bought several rp packs, the next time i tried it didnt work and i had to use my old address, now it wont work with either and I cant even log into the support to put in a ticket because it automatically logs out
