[CRASH] Yasuo Crash Bug - Tornado crashes you?

I had a screenshot but my print screen was replaced by me screenshotting a very toxic player. Basicly, the first tornado I hit after gaining stacks on Steel Tempest crashed me. I was in mid launch and the tornado barely touched Janna. This is about the 3rd time this happened to me. Yasuo's following tornados seem to work just fine, but this is a huge problem as it caused me to be afk for 3 minutes while reconnecting and gave a kill to the enemy Janna. Please fix!

The steps I used to get this bug has normally just been getting 3 stacks, and the first tornado to hit my opponent laner seems to cause it. Ill try to provide with a screenshot / video as soon as possible.
