Gangplank Barrel Bug

Just started playing Gangplank Started noticing a bug with his barrel when I played. And just noticed it in a game I am spectating.

Now I am not 100% sure on how it works since I just started playing. So I may be wrong.

When you lay down a barrel, there is a circle indicating the blast zone. When you lay down 2 barrels, the blast zones can overlap.

When an enemy champion is standing in the overlap area of the barrels, there are times where they take ZERO damage. Seems to only happen when they are standing in the overlap zone.

I can confirm this, had a lucian dash straight into an exploding barrel dealing 0 damage. I don't know if this is intended or not. I have a highlight of it but I don't know how to place it here. (and I'm too lazy to bother figuring out how) until someone actually bothers to shows interest in this bug report I won't go through the pain of uploading it. (I've always had trouble with youtube uploading)
