FIX YOUR NORMAL DRAFT PICK AFK

twice today i have had a person lock in there champ in champ select, Draft Pick, and then they leave the lobby. lobby does not reset. and it turns out to be a 4 v 5. I mean really? How much more support do you want to give to trolls?
