So im always playing with friends and always queue as support and i noticed like yestarday i can buy items like boots, tear, dagger, but i cant buy full item, for example i had tear and lost chapter, as we know archangel is like tear + chapter + 1k gold, i couldnt buy it untill i had FULL 3k in my bag, also after quick relog i could buy everything normally but that bug is just annoying and i notice its only when u queue as support

It general bug and only fixed if you force closed your client then reconnect.
Try selling then undoing the sell. I've heard it's a workaround for this bug.
This bug has happened to my girlfriend and I both, while trying to upgrade prerequisite items into a completed final item. Our items this happened on were Nashor's Tooth, Rabadon's Deathcap, Lich Bane, and Zhonya's Hourglass. So far 2 different games for me, one for her. VERY gamebreaking when it happens. Riot, we need you guys need to read these forum posts about it and take this seriously.
