Fiora Ulti

Apparently with the new Fiora ulti your passive won't proc for the first couple seconds of it... which is extremely deadly. I've confirmed this across multiple games- the visual for the passive on all four sides will be up, but I'll hit 2-3 attacks and none of them pop and heal/speed/true damage for me.

This is obviously extremely devastating as your time with ulti up is very limited and the healing is often critical to staying up in close duels. Has cost my life repeatedly over the last few days trying to play the new Fiora kit. If I was less shitty, I probably wouldn't need that healing so bad and so quickly, but twice now my opponent has escaped with ~20 health because valuable time was wasted with the passive triggers not going off.
