Champ select countdown to 0 then freezes

This has happened to me a lot lately... at the champ select screen, at some point someones count down goes to 0, then it locks up. Usually you can still chat w/ people but can't see it doing anything else... then inevitably the game kicks you out, sometimes I lose LP and am blocked from games, other times I'm not (and assume someone else is).
