5.24 is out and I saw that they fixed Xin's Q bug(thank the sun) so I played a game and well... Found another bug.
His Passive.[zombie-brand-facepalm]
Right now, his passive will proc towards any champion who attacks him. Xin Zhao's passive is suppose to proc to any champion HE attacks, not the other way around. I noticed this when a Maokai ganked me while I was running back(did not attack back) and wasn't knocked back from my ult.
To be honest, I thought it was his ULT that's currently bugged right now, not his passive. I played Xin Zhao quite a few times yesterday and today, and half the time when I Ult'ed, all he did was swing his spear, but none of the supposed effects were there. The damage, the knockback, the increased AR and MR, none of them were there. I was being gang-raped by the enemy team but I couldn't knock a single one away. I had to kill them all the old fashioned way. But your theory might have some relevance. If the passive was applying to anyone who attacked Xin, then that would explain why nobody was being knocked away.
