[Client][Gameplay] Alistar's Skin Causing Null Error Lagg

Was just in champion select earlier and selected Alistar and going support, 23 seconds before game was to launch i cycled through the three skins i have, Base, Unchained and Infernal each popping up retrieving data from server, when the game actually launched I was delayed getting into the load screen. Once in game I noticed a 1.5 second delay with 102 ping which i don't normally have. Then nearing 1:55 and trying to help leash i could not move my champion until the gromp died as I walked into lane on the red side. The delay was suddenly 1-3 seconds randomly, so a friend suggested i reload the game, i exited out and had gotten 3 box pop ups, 1 showing (Error, Null) and two connection errors with the server. I re-logged, couldn't log in, i had to literally reset my own network adapter to be able to log back into the client and then back into the game.
