Client and loot issues.

Since i came back to the game after a year or so break my client has been acting odd, disconecting every couple minutes, despite my internet being perfectly fine. I am unable to reroll champions in aram or access my loot page, while shop page loads instantly. Once i get into the game there is no further problems as well. Ive seen couple of those threads but no answear at all so far.
