Vel'koz tentacle mechanics

I think its caused by autoing being cancelled but velkoz's tentacles keep freezing in place n it annoys me cuz it looks like framerate issues but my friend saw it n the enemy Vel had the same thing we both had arclight skins on idk if tht had anything to do with it n sometimes he would b in a t-pose which i thought looked really funny so j thought id put this on the boards in case its new and needs to b fixed also if i got reported during the match i was too amused n confused by this to focus completely on the game n one of my teammates got upset
