Can't get a golden chroma

I got over 400 Worlds tokens and went to redeem them for the Thresh chroma but it keeps telling me "It appears this Hextech unit has a bad motivator. Please try restarting your client" so i did a couple times but got the same message

I am also having the same problem. have tried restarting it but it still doesn't work.
